An IT brand that puts people first

Vizst are IT experts who prioritise the client experience. They believe in continuous innovation, and the building of trusted  relationships, with a human‑centric approach.

The Challenge

A lot of IT organistations are technically focussed, but Vizst wanted to buck the trend and focus more on the customer experience. Our challenge was to create a brand identity that conveys our company’s ethos of being truly client-focused, conveying the peace of mind that comes with knowing that your IT is in the hands of highly capable and approachable experts.

The Solution

We created a very different look for an IT brand, and deliberately avoided vibrant colours and technical imagery. A palette of muted Greens was employed to evoke a feeling of reassurance and security. The existing Vizst icon is integrated throughout, either alongside imagery or to add texture to white space, while rounded shapes inspired by the logo emphasize the brand’s soft human-centric nature. A new typeface was introduced to convey authority, honesty, and expertise, and imagery was focussed on the thriving people who are supported by Vizst’s expertise.

The Solution

The brand identity for Vizst adopts a premium and reassuring approach with a focus on people. Imagery showcases individuals thriving in their workplaces, reflecting Vizst’s supportive impact. A serif typeface is used to convey authority, honesty, and expertise. Greens are employed to evoke reassurance and security, with vibrant green adding energy. The existing Vizst logo is integrated throughout, either alongside imagery or to add texture to white space, while rounded shapes inspired by the logo emphasize the brand’s human-centric nature.

The Result

The identity we created for Vizst deliberately steers them away from a typical IT company positioning, by encapsulating the company’s client service focus and human-centric mindset. This circle frames imagery, overlays visuals to convey protection, and guides viewers’ attention to important information. Rounded corners on multiple images reference the circle, adding approachability and warmth.
